Why galleries send these tasks
A new exhibition, an opening next week, an artist joining the programme: the website always needs updating at the busiest moment. These tasks take that work off your hands, without a retainer and without changing your website.
What I need from you
- The texts, images and dates for the page.
- Access to your website’s admin, or the contact of the person who manages it.
- For a fix: a short description of the problem, with a link or a screenshot.
How it works
- Choose a task and send what’s needed. The price is fixed before I start.
- I confirm the scope, do the work and check every detail by hand.
- You review the result. Payment happens after you approve it.
Questions
Do you work with my website platform?
Tell me which platform your website runs on when you send the task. I confirm that I can work on it before starting.
Do I need to change my website?
No. I work on the website you already have.
How long does a task take?
It depends on the task and on when the material arrives. I confirm the timing with you before starting.
