Why galleries send these tasks
An inventory drifts over time: works entered twice, missing dimensions, three spellings of the same medium. It slows down every PDF and every reply to a collector. These tasks put it back in order.
What I need from you
- An export of your inventory (a spreadsheet or CSV file), or access to the system it lives in.
- For an import: your spreadsheet and the images of the works.
- What a clean record means for you: required fields and naming conventions, if you have them.
How it works
- Choose a task and send what’s needed. The price is fixed before I start.
- I confirm the scope, do the work and check every detail by hand.
- You review the result. Payment happens after you approve it.

I have more than 50 artworks. How is it priced?
Import and cleanup tasks are priced per 50 works. Tell me how many works you have and I confirm the price before starting.
What happens to my data?
I only use the exports or access you give me, and only for the task you requested.
